1.1 Relation With Sigma IT Institute

This clause says that a participant must show maximum receipted to all the staff including 4th class employee. Moreover Sigma IT Institute reserves the right to terminate the participant who will not show that respect without playing any money.
1.2 Relation with other Clients
Sigma IT Institute according to their promise will provide a lot of clients to all the participators of different courses. However making a good relation and mention the reputation of Sigma IT Institute will be the responsibilities for all the participants. This clause says that every participant must fulfill their work as given Otherwise Sigma IT Institute can take any step.
1.3 Maintains Rules of the Clients
It is highly recommended that a participant must read out each and every rule of the clients. This clause says that if a participant breaks any rule of the respective client. The client can take any step against that participants. This clause also clearly says thatSigma IT Institute will not be responsible for its participant’s mistakes and it will not repay any course fee. Moreover, Sigma IT Institute will also terminate the participants to maintain good relation with their clients without any refunding of the fees.
1.4 Course Materials
Sigma IT Institute provides unique course materials which have been made after a lot of experiment and research. They work day night to create each of them. Therefore all the materials are preserver under international copy right law. This Clause says that any kind of reproduction, reuse of these materials as business or any other purpose, sharing source materials and account information with any one is illegal and punishable crime. Moreover Sigma IT Institute will charge any amount and dismiss all the members who are related with this crime without any notification and any kind of refunding.
1.5 Refund and Fees
Sigma IT Institute does not refund any money of the courses. Sigma IT Institute also reserves all the rights to change the course fees and other terms and conditions at any time.
1.6 Apparatus and other facilities
Sigma IT Institute provides a huge number of word class facilities for example, computers (Monitor, CPU, Keyboard, Mouse, Heard drive, Mother Board), Printers, Scanners, Speaker, Network, facilities during courses. In this clause it is clearly describing that if anyone damages any of the apparatus Sigma IT Institute will charge half of the total damages otherwise that participant will be terminated from the course.
1.7 Class Structures
As Sigma IT Institute thinks that a good class structure can make good effect on students, we try to provide ultimate service to each and every student. However this clause says that Sigma IT Institute can change all the class structure depending on demand.
1.8 About payment from the clients
Sigma IT Institute is offering a huge discount on each course for the students of partnership basis. In this clause it is strongly mentioning that Sigma IT Institute will have the demurrage from those participants who will not obey the rules and terms of partnership conditions.
1.9 Referral or affiliate program
Sigma IT Institute is currently running a very attractive referral program. However this clause is strongly prohibiting all the participants to keep them away from all those activities those have the zero tolerance. Otherwise, Sigma IT Institute the participants and take necessary steps to recover its process.
1.10 Change of Client Rules

1.13 Agreement of Attendance
This agreement will prove you the you must attend the regular job schedule. If you cannot attend any on the scheduled day, you have apply for the specification. Otherwise company will cut your salary.
1.14 Agreement of Resigning
This agreement will prove you that you must tell the company at least 1 month early before you leave the company. The company recovered all the rights to release you at any time.
